Dark comedy film, “Cobweb” starring Song Kang Ho is coming to Philippine cinemas on October 4!

Another Korean film is soon to hit the Philippine Cinemas this October!
Cobweb is a dark comedy film that revolves around a film director in 1970 who is haunted by the desire to reshoot the ending of his latest film. He strongly believes that it will become a masterpiece if they reshoot it but things don’t go his way as chaos ensues when a web of complications starts to arise on the filming set.

Song Kang Ho who is remarkable for his great performance in the 2019 film, Parasite portrays the role of Director Kim, a film director.
The film features a star-studded cast members namely, Lim Soo Jung, Oh Jung Se, Jeon Yeo Been, Jang Young Nam, Park Jung Soo, and Krystal Jung.
It is written and directed by Kim Jee Woon, the man behind the films, A Tale of Two Sisters, A Bittersweet Life, and The Good, The Bad, and The Weird.
Cobweb came about after writer and director Kim reflected on the struggles of artists, filmmakers, and the film industry, which was heavily impacted by the pandemic.
Cobweb is produced by E&A and exclusively distributed in the Philippines by TBA Studios which also brought award-winning films such as Everything Everywhere All At Once and the box-office romantic drama, Past Lives.
The film is coming to Philippine Cinemas on October 4.
