HORI7ON is the newest seven-member Filipino boy group under MLD Entertainment. The group were formed through ABS-CBN’s idol reality-survival show, Dream Maker.
The name HORI7ON of the group symbolizes how the aspirations of the seven boys all began from the same place and have come together to work for the same goal.
Dream Maker
Dream Maker is a Filipino-South Korean boy group survival reality show hosted by Ryan Bang and Kim Chiu and produced by ABS-CBN Entertainment, MLD Entertainment, and KAMP Global.
The first episode of Dream Maker aired on November 19, 2022, and the live finale was shown on February 12, 2023. The top seven from the competition made their debut in the show’s product group HORI7ON.
The Final Seven
Seven different contestants were revealed to make their debut during the finale: Jeromy, who finished first overall and is likely to become the group’s future center, and other members Marcus, Kyler, Vinci, Reyster, Kim, and Winston, who finished seventh overall and was the final contestant revealed to debut.
HORI7ON dropped their pre-debut single, “DASH” last March 22.
Mall Shows
MLD Entertainment conducted media activities, school attacks, and mall tours throughout the Philippines until March, after unveiling the final line-up. After training and recording an album in Korea, they intend to make their South Korean debut in the middle of June.
