Kang Tae Oh shared on a reality show, Happy Together, that he has a ‘Tissue Trauma’. It was when he was five that he stayed at home alone. He went to the toilet, and when he was about to wipe it off, he noticed that there wasn’t any toilet paper. He got so terrified and sat on the toilet for three hours until his mom came home.
He was worried that he’d die from the germs since he didn’t wipe them off (so cute haha). He cried and waited for his mom to come. Now, when he goes to the toilet, he always makes sure that there is enough toilet paper.

If he has a strong belief, he sticks to that, while he is a simple person and too conscious about others.

Military Enlistment and Discharge
Kang Tae Oh enlisted in the military on September 20, 2022, as an active-duty soldier. He was officially discharged on March 19, 2024.

Romantic comedy series, The Potato Lab, is his comeback drama after his military enlistment. Tae Oh portrays the role of So Baek Ho, Wonhan Retail’s organizational innovation director, who falls in love with a potato researcher.
