Fans just need to make a color orange heart shape along with a special nickname for Jinhwan written on it.
Take a photo with the sky as your background and send it to HWANtopia through direct message or email as instructed above.
The fanbase aimed to create a mossaic photo which includes all the orange heart from fans worldwide.
Aside from that, fans can also send their short birthday messages for Jinhwan which will be written at the back of the finish mossaic photo.
