Netflix’s original zombie themed series Kingdom unveiled teaser for the special episode of “Kingdom: Ashin of the North” on November 2.

Check out the teaser posted by Netflix on their official YouTube account.

The teaser shows the mysterious appearance of Ashin and how her character associate on the story and the mystery behind the resurrection plant.

Kingdom: Ashin of the North is coming to Netflix in 2021.

Netflix confirmed the release of its special episode for “Kingdom: Asinjeon” (literal translation) starring Jun Ji Hyun and Park Byung Eun.

According from Netflix on November 2, the production of the zombie themed series Kingdom substantiate the release of its special episode introducing the newest character of Jun Ji Hyun.

Kingdom: Ashin of the North is the sequel of Kingdom’s season 2 where Jun Ji Hyun appeared on the finale.

Jun Ji Hyun will portray the role of Asin, the descendant of Yeojin tribe in the Northern part of Joseon.

Meanwhile, Park Byung Eun also confirmed his appearance on the upcoming special episode.

The actor still reprised his role as Min Chi Rok which also made an appearance on the season 2 of the series.

Kingdom is a Netflix’s original zombie apocalypse set in the Joseon era. It starred South Korea’s stars Ju Ji Hoon, Bae Do Na and more.

The zombie themed series already have 2 sequels composed of 6 episodes per season.

Kingdom: Ashin of the North will be release via Netflix this coming 2021.
