Reports have been surfacing on October 30, if the South Korean actress Kim Da Mi will still be cast on the season 2 of her popular 2018 film, The Witch: Subversion.
Following the Warner Bros. Korea’s withdrawal from the Korean film industry, the director of the said most-anticipated 2018 action-mystery film, Park Hoon Jung has also become uncertain in the film’s season 2.
An official from Kim Da Mi’s agency shared on the same day that the The Witch: Subversion is up to two parts and the contract has been already signed, assuring the actress’ appearance once the film has been decided.
Moreover, the film’s season 2 is now planning to launch through its new investment distributor, NEW; they also released an official statement saying, “Nothing has been decided yet. We will make it official once it is decided.”
The Witch: Subversion starring Kim Da Mi and Choi Woo Shik revolves around a girl name Ja Yoon (Kim Da Mi) who are living a normal life with her foster parents after they found her in the woods and in the verge of dying.
Since then, she lost her memories and now living an ordinary and happy life. But when she tries to untangle what happened to her past, she discovers an horrendous experience, and that changed her life in just a blink.
