After nineteen months and seven days of waiting, the lead vocalist of Born to Beat, Lee Changsub is back on track! He is BTOB’s second member to complete his mandatory military service.

Due to the current COVID-19 protocol, Changsub was released earlier on July 29 from his military base. However, he still remained as an active soldier up until his formal discharge date which is today, August 21, according to media outlets.

While he was in the military service, he actively participated in various activities like recording of the new theme song of ROK Army together with EXO’s Xiumin, Shinee’s Onew and Key, Infinite’s Kim Sung-kyu, 2AM‘s Jo Kwon and Jinwoon, Yoon Ji-sung and actors Kim Minseok, and Lee Jae-kyoon.

Lee Changsub enlisted in January 14, 2019 and served as a member of ROK Army’s Music Corps which is the same with BTOB’s Leader, Seo Eunkwang.

His sweet treat for his fan, Melody, before he entered the military service was his first solo Korean album, ‘Mark’.

In accordance with his return, Changsub will celebrate his military dischargement with his fans through a live via BTOB’s official Youtube channel tonight, at 7PM KST.
