Eyeing October 23 as its release, Japanese film Your Eyes Tell or Kimi No Me Ga Toikakete Iru will begin filming on mid-October, media sources confirmed.
The movie casts Yuriko Yoshitaka as Kaori and Ryusei Yokohama as Rui respectively. The movie is a remake of the 2011 hit melancholic film “Always.”
A story of love, tragedy, and fate – optimistic blind girl Kaori meets aloof and eccentric former kickboxer Rui. They fall in love and we just wish that they live happily ever after but alas past tragedies and connections disrupt this and may move the movie towards a heartbreaking ending or a beautiful yet satisfying cliche. We just have to wait until October for that.
Aside from the hype it gets being a Japanese remake of the Korean movie “Always” starring So Ji Sub and Han Hyo-joo. The movie is also gaining traction because of its OST.
With July 15 as its release as part of BTS’s Japanese album MAP OF THE SOUL :7 ~ THE JOURNEY, the new song with the same title as the movie will be featured.
BTS Jungkook participated in the composition of “Your Eyes Tell.” This will be the first movie OST for the band.
Directed by Takahiro Miki and written by Yuichi Toyone, “Your Eyes Tell” will surely be a highly anticipated movie for many fans out there!
