My Royal Nemesis achieves its highest rating for its final episode!

According to Nielsen Korea on June 21, the final episode of the Friday-Saturday rom-com drama, My Royal Nemesis, which aired on the 20th, soared to its highest viewership rating, recording an average rating of 11.8% nationwide, surpassing its rating of 10.7% for the 11th episode.
The drama started with a 4.5% viewership rating. It steadily climbed as the series progressed, as Heo Nam Jun and Lim Ji Yeon captivated the audience with their overflowing chemistry, both on screen and off. With the drama’s rating, it became the highest-rated SBS drama of 2026 so far, beating the record of Phantom Lawyer, which recently ended.
My Royal Nemesis tells the story of Kang Dan Sim, who was given poison in Joseon and ended up waking up in Shin Seo Ri’s body in the 21st Century. She crosses paths with Cha Se Gye, a third-generation chaebol who has a cold personality.
Moreover, the drama ended with a dazzling happy ending. Shin Seo Ri and Cha Se Gye overturned their tragic fate as Shin Seo Ri came back to the 21st Century to reunite with Cha Se Gye. Concluded with a heartfelt quote from them, “Every tokens are meaningless, warmth is all you really need. Having courage with every step can keep you going in the end.
