First Filipino-Korean culinary series, Kumusta, has finally landed on Viu!

Set in Gangnam, Seoul, Kumusta introduces Filipino flavors to the heart of South Korea’s thriving dining scene, highlighting the richness of both culinary traditions. The show has a star-studded Filipino-Korean cast as they dive headfirst into running a restaurant in a completely unfamiliar environment: a new land, a new language, and new ingredients. Carrying the honor of their country, they face cultural differences, unexpected incidents, and a reality that doesn’t always go as planned. Amid the laughter and tears, their real startup journey begins. Will this unique restaurant succeed in capturing the taste and the hearts of Korean customers?

Starring a powerhouse cast of Filipino celebrities, including Jodi Sta. Maria, Janella Salvador, Francine Diaz, and Arci Muñoz alongside chef-restaurateur JP Anglo. Not only Ji Chang Wook, but more South Korean celebrities such as Kim Min Seok, Kim Myung Soo, and Seo In Guk appear on the series. As they work in the restaurant, they build genuine camaraderie, showing how food and friendship transcend borders and boosting the series’ cross-cultural culinary adventure.
