TXT releases new Japanese single album “CHIKAI”
Tomorrow X Together (TXT) is back with their 4th Japanese single album “CHIKAI”! This marks their first Japanese comeback after 1 year since the release of their 2nd Japanese full-length album “SWEET” last July 2023.
The title track “We’ll Never Change” is a song about the changes that will happen between a couple as they adjust to each other, yet what will remain constant is how they’ll stay together. It highlights TXT’s emotional but sweet vocals, and a melody that flows smoothly.
Overall, the “CHIKAI” single album consists of 3 songs including the Japanese version of their previous title track “Deja Vu,” and “Kitto Zutto,” a J-rock up-tempo song produced by Huening Kai.
The album revolves around 2 concepts – “to U,” which is about the promise made with ‘you’ that they will meet again someday, and “to B,” which is about becoming one’s ideal self.
Meanwhile, TXT is set to hold their Japan tour “ACT: PROMISE” starting on July 10-11 at Tokyo Dome.
