Meet the coolest squad in “Chief Detective 1958” Unit 1!

1. Park Yeong Han
Lee Je Hoon transforms into a pessimistic homicide detective named Park Young Han. He is a small-town cop who is popular for catching 96 cow thieves, 3 straight years of the most cow thief arrests in Gyeonggi-do. He moved to Seoul only to be frustrated by the rampant corruption in and outside of the police force. With his clever ways of catching bad guys, it’s impossible not to love him. His love story is something everyone shouldn’t miss.
2. Kim Sang Sun
Lee Dong Hwi plays the role of Kim Sang Sun, a “mad dog” detective in the series. Kim Sang Sun has a quirky personality who loves to sleep in closets and only befriends puppies (how adorable!). He is a good fighter, his chemistry with Yeong Han and other members is just so perfect.
3. Jo Gyeong Hwan
The role of Cho Kyung Hwan will be portrayed by actor Choi Woo Sung, a “Korean Hulk” in the drama. A very strong and honest market worker. He is our favorite rice-lifting fairy who turned into a policeman.
4. Seo Ho Jeong
Yoon Hyun Soo portrays the role of the youngest detective in the series, named Seo Ho Jeong, He is an intelligent and timid top university graduate. Being a police officer is his ultimate dream, so he pursues it even though his family is against it. Being one of the members of Unit 1, he will learn to use his intelligence and learn to be courageous in solving cases.
5. Chief Yu Dae Cheon
Choi Deok Moon plays the role of Chief Yu, he is like the father of the Jongnam Station’s Unit 1, he is a good leader with a soft heart. Chief Yu is a tortured police chief fighting a losing battle against corrupt colleagues and the city’s biggest criminals.
