Weki Meki’s Choi Yoojung sings an OST for “Dare to Love Me”
On May 21, the second OST for the ongoing KBS drama “Dare to Love Me” was released on various music sites. It is entitled “I Hope,” sung by Weki Meki’s Choi Yoojung.
“I hope” is a sweet song with a smooth-flowing orchestra sound that creates a beautiful and emotional atmosphere. With Choi Yoojung’s delicate and expressive voice, the song is anticipated to stimulate the viewers’ feelings by delivering the deep longing of the characters in the drama.
“Dare to Love Me” is about the romance between Shin Yoon-bok (played by Kim Myungsoo), a 21st-century senior with old-fashioned beliefs, and Kim Hong-do (played by Lee Yoo Young), a woman who is tired of being treated carelessly.

Meanwhile, Choi Yoojung is Weki Meki’s main dancer and an all-rounder who is active in various fields. In 2023, she played the main character Go Chae Rin in the ASMR drama “Sound Candy: Fill Me With Your Sound” and gave an impressive acting performance.
Last year, Yoojung also sang an OST for the drama “Cruel Intern” entitled “Break It Down,” where she showed her attractive vocal quality.
Starting on May 29, Yoojung will appear as Lingling in the musical “Hero”, taking her first step as a musical actress.
