Kim Soo Hyun and Jo Bo Ah in talks to star in the upcoming black comedy series
Will we see Kim Soo Hyun and Jo Bo Ah in one drama together?
On May 16, XYZ Studio, Jo Bo Ah’s agency revealed that the actress received a casting offer to play the female lead in the upcoming black comedy series, Knocked Off.
Knocked Off is set in the early 2000s from the time of the 1997 IMF crisis and depicts the story of a counterfeit market.
Jo Bo Ah starred in a fantasy romantic series, Destined With You, opposite Rowoon. She is also remarkable for her roles in the dramas, My Strange Hero, Tale of the Nine-Tailed, and Military Prosecutor Doberman. She has an upcoming Netflix series called, Hong Rang.
On the other hand, Kim Soo Hyun‘s agency, GOLDMEDALIST, announced on March 21 that the actor is in talks to play the male lead who works as a customs officer in the said series.
Kim Soo Hyun recently captivated the hearts of many by portraying the role of Baek Hyun Woo in the hit rom-com series, Queen of Tears opposite Kim Ji Won.
Knocked Off will be helmed by Park Hyun Suk, the man behind the series, Uncontrollably Fond and Song of the Bandits.
