BLACKPINK remains with YG Entertainment for their group activities.

According to a news report from 10 Asia and Yonhap News, YG executive producer Yang Hyun Suk confirmed the news. He shared, “We are happy to continue our relationship with BLACKPINK. In the future, BLACKPINK will do its best to shine brilliantly in the global music market. As K-Pop artists, we send our unwavering support and trust in their actions.”

The contract renewed is only for group activities, giving the members the possibility to sign up with different agencies for their individual activities.

With YG’s support, BLACKPINK plans to repay the unending love and support they received through a mega-world tour and upcoming album releases.

BLACKPINK, composed of Jennie, Jisoo, Rosé, and Lisa, debuted in 2016.
