‘A Good Day To Be A Dog’ now streaming on VIU
Starring Cha Eun Woo, Park Gyu Young, and Lee Hyun Woo, VIU’s latest original series ‘A Good Day To Be A Dog‘ will surely give webtoon and K-drama fans a heartwarming and paw-dorable story.
It is an adaptation of a popular webtoon of the same name that tells the story of an ordinary high school teacher Han Hae Na (Park Gyu Young) whose family has been cursed for generations because of an ancestor’s mistake. With this curse, whenever they kiss someone, they would turn into a dog at midnight for 6 hours and return to their human form after. The transformation repeats itself until the person in their dog form kisses the same person.
Because of this strange curse, when Hae Na meets a man who could potentially be in a romantic relationship with her, she has to ask not to kiss her. This often discourages potential partners.
One night, while tipsy, Hae Na accidentally kisses her colleague Jin Seo Won (Cha Eun Woo). She panicks and hilariously keeps on trying to kiss Seo Won again.
Their fate turns more complicated as Seo Won has a deep fear for dogs because of an incident when he was still a child. Despite this, his good looks and charisma makes him a favorite teacher of the students.
It promises to give viewers laughter, romance, and heartwarming moments as Hae Na and Seo Won explores their newfound connection and its unexpected challenges.
