WATCH: “One Piece” live-action adaptation is coming to Netflix this August!

The much awaited live-action adaptation of ONE PIECE is finally coming to Netflix this August 31!

Netflix released the official trailer today July 22 on the same day to celebrate ONE PIECE day.

ONE PIECE is a famous manga series written by Eiichiro Oda with thousands of chapters up to date. It is a story about Monkey D. Luffy and his crew in search for the treasue called ONE PIECE.

The crew member of the live-action adaptation starring Iñaki Godoy as Monkey D. Luffy, Mackenyu as Roronoa Zoro, Emily Rudd as Nami, Jacob Romero as Usopp, and Taz Skylar as Sanji.

Other casts are Vincent Regan, Ilia Isorelýs Paulino, Morgan Davies, Aidan Scott, Langley Kirkwood, Jeff Ward, Celeste Loots, Alexander Maniatis, McKinley Belcher III, Craig Fairbrass, Steven Ward, and Chioma Umeala. Michael Dorman also joins the cast as Gold Roger.

Eiichiro Oda the creator of ONE PIECE also penned a letter and shared his thoughts about the production, the cast and crew of the live-action series.

ONE PIECE live-action adaptation is made possible in partnership with Shueisha and produced by Tomorrow Studios and Netflix.
