Netflix releases the official trailer for the upcoming series “BLOODHOUNDS”

The most awaited Netflix upcoming K-series called “BLOODHOUNDS” has finally released its official trailer!

The trailer offers a sneak peek of thrilling combat scenes of two rookie boxers (Gun-woo played by Woo Do-hwan and Woo-jin played by Lee Sang-yi) who uses their skills outside of the ring in order to fight for justice.

Based on the webtoon of the same title, “BLOODHOUNDS” tells the story of Gun-woo and Woo-jin who met in the finals of a boxing championship where the bond of their friendship was sealed by the experience that they shared in the grueling Marine Corps.

Their friendship was brought to another level when loan sharks from Smile Capital tricked Gun-woo’s mother into debt and trashed her café, which urges Woo-jin to help Gun-woo to avenge her.

Being rookie boxers was not enough to stop these two from fighting evil because of their courage, and determination.

With the help from the retired legend in the money lending industry, President Choi played by Huh Joon-ho, Gun-woo and Woo-jin take all the boxing techniques that they have learned and worked so hard for to take down Smile Capital’s head honcho, Kim Myeong-gil played by Park Sung-woong along with his merciless henchmen.

Set to premiere on June 9 exclusively on Netflix, BLOODHOUNDS promises an epic showdown between good and evil that will keep its audiences on the edge of their seats as they watch two loyal friends fight to protect those they love.
