Kim Yoo Jung and Byeon Woo Seok to star on Netflix film, ‘20th Century Girl’
Kim Yoo Jung, Byeon Woo Seok alongside Park Jung Woo, and Noh Yoon Seo are the confirmed cast for the upcoming Netflix romance film entitled ‘20th Century Girl.’
The movie is about the bittersweet first love of a 17-year-old girl Na Bo Ra (Yoojung) in the year 1999 setup and who chose to prioritize friendship over romantic relationships.
Kim Yoo Jung will play the role with diverse emotions of Na Bora who face issues and challenges between love and friendship. She’s familiar with Taekwondo and has a great sense of loyalty for her friend, Yeondoo.
Meanwhile, Byun Woo Seok will play the role of Poong Woon Ho, Na Bora’s classmate, and a fellow broadcasting club member.
Park Jung Woo, on the other hand, will be playing Baek Hyun Jin, Poong Woon Ho’s close friend and the love interest of Yeon Doo (Noh Yoon Seo).
Lastly, the rookie actress Noh Yoon Seo will play the role of Na Bora’s best friend, Yeon Doo who fell in love with Baek Hyun Jin at first sight.
In addition, the movie will be produced by Yong Film, which also produced “The Call”, “The Handmaiden,” and “The Beauty Inside.”
A friendly time travel back to the ’90s, with the chemistry of friendship created by a young and fresh cast.
This movie will surely make everyone’s heart beat again as their unrequited love and first love intersect at the end of the century, will be released worldwide through Netflix soon!
