It’s a dimple fiesta! Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha reveals its first teaser featuring leads Kim Seon Ho and Shin Min Ah.
tvN’s upcoming drama, “Hometown Cha Cha Cha” is a remake of the 2004 film, “Mr. Hong.”
The drama stars Shin Min Ah, who is playing the role of Yoon Hye Jin.
She is a dentist from Seoul who transfers to the seaside village of Gongjin, to open a small clinic.
On the other hand, Kim Seon Ho plays as Hong Doo Shik, all-around guy offering help to the village.
The fun teaser shows Yoon Hye Jin and Hong Doo Shik basking in the summer in the small coastal town where they live.
In addition, the short video previews Kim Seon Ho enjoying the water from a boat and while surfing.
Meanwhile, it also gives a glimpse of Shin Min Ah’s character while living in Seoul and looking sharp with her pink suit going around the seaside neighborhood.
The two characters are all smiles while walking side by side, as the teaser ends.
Although the teaser doesn’t reveal so much about the plot, viewers are eager to see the chemistry and fun this rom-com drama is heading.
Earlier in the week, Hometown Cha-Cha also reveals its first poster.
“Please anticipate the changes in their relationship and how the distance between Hye Jin and Doo Shik, who are separated afar now in the poster, [but] will gradually get closer,” the drama production team says.
The romance drama will be the anticipated come back of Kim Seon Ho, after playing the beloved role of Han Ji Pyeong on “Start-Up”.
Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha is set to premiere on August 28 at 9 pm KST, with new episodes every Saturday and Sunday.
