BTOB Philippines, the local fanclub of K-pop boygroup, BTOB, started a donation drive for Typhoon Ulysses victims titled “#Melody4U: Show Your Love” on November 13, with the goal to extend help to those affected especially in areas like Marikina and Cagayan .
As of November 20, a total of Php 211,336 was collected from Filipino and international Melody (BTOB’s fandom name).
BTOBPH’s #MELODY4U: SHOW YOUR LOVE donation drive for Typhoon Ulysses victims.
Donations were used to buy blankets, bottled water, hygiene kits, canned goods, biscuits, coffee, noodles, and infant needs like diapers and were donated to the typhoon victims in Marikina, Bulacan, Isabela and Cagayan. The goods were dispatched with the help of I am Redeemer Ministries Church for Marikina, Bulacan and Isabela area and Alpha Phi Omega for Cagayan province.

A portion of the donation was also used to extend help to fellow Melody and their respective barangays in Bicol, Marikina, and Cagayan areas that were deeply affected by the typhoon.
During the outbreak of COVID, and the Taal Eruption early this year, BTOBPH also successfully donated to those in need with the help of the monetary and in-kind donations from Melody.
BTOBPH has been constantly conducting donation drives since 2013 for different occasions like the celebration of each BTOB member’s birthday. Some of the beneficiaries of the donation drives were Young Focus Philippines, Talking Hands, Philippine Cerebral Palsy, Inc., Child Haus Foundation, and many more.
