Another way to enjoy the summer is to stream different kinds of Japanese animations. Luckily, Netflix Philippines will be releasing new and previous ones!

1) A Whisker Away – June 18

The upcoming Japanese animation film will tell the story of a peculiar girl who transformed into a cat to catch her crush’s attention. But before she realizes it, the line between human and animal starts to blur.
2) Scum’s Wish – June 1

Two teens in a “perfect” relationship keep a dark secret: they’ve agreed to use each other because they cannot be with the ones they truly want.
3) BAKI – June 4

Granted special entry into the Great Raitai Tournament, a poisoned Baki now faces fighters in China, where the next true Sea Emperor will be chosen.
4) Fire Force – June 15

When people suddenly begin to burst into flames, one fire-manipulator enlists in the Fire Force to keep Tokyo from burning down.
Bonus (not yet available in the Philippines)

- Cardcaptor Sakura’s series Clow Card and Sakura Card will be coming to Netflix United States and Canada on June 1. As of now, these are only available on 23 countries.

- Two sagas of One Piece, East Blue and Alabasta will finally be available to stream for the first time on Netflix on June 12. This includes the regions of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and USA.
