Jerry Yan and Shen Yue are the leads of the upcoming drama “The Exchange Luck”, which is based on a web novel. The two were first seen together after their nostalgic guesting on a Chinese Variety Show this year in which they re-enacted the iconic break-up scene in Meteor Garden.
Jerry Yan, who still looks dashing at the age of 42, will be portraying an editor named Lu Xhingcheng who is known for his good luck. Meanwhile, Shen Yue, 22, will play the role of an aspiring designer who happens to have the worst luck.
The Exhange Luck is a romantic drama which tells the story of a lucky editor and a newbie designer who happens to have the worst luck. What will happen if their path crosses together?
Shen Yue was present at the filming ceremony held this July although Jerry Yan did not attend. This drama is also going to be Jerry Yan’s comeback in the small screen after he went on hiatus due to health concerns. He injured his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) during a basketball game back in December 2016 and took a break from acting to focus on recovery.
