After the success of Shin Sung Rok’s potrayal in the “Last Empress”, he is back with a new kdrama. Shin Sung Rok, Go Won Hee, Kim Min Gyu, and Shin Hye Jeong are the confirmed cast of the newest KBS drama “Perfume”.
“Perfume” revolves around the story of a middle-aged woman named Min Jae Hee, played by the Welcome to Waikiki’s Go Won Hee. Min Jae Hee spent her life devoted to her family only to have them taken away which makes her angrier in the process. With the help of a mysterious perfume, she magically went back into her younger self, with her new appearance she becomes a model.
Then she meets, Seo Yi Do played by Shin Sung Rok, a successful but ill-mannered fashion designer with 52 phobias and 32 allergies. (OMG, I can imagine stingy Shin Sung Rok hahaha).
Both leads are given second chances in life with the help of magical perfume.
Shin Hye Jeong will portray of Son Mi Yu who is a fashion mode since a child. Her main goal is to make Seo Yi Do fall for her. In addition, she is also mean and selfish.
Kim Min Gyu will play the role of a world-famous star named Yoo Min Seok whose goal is to enjoy life as much as possible.
Perfume is set to premiere on June 3, 2019.
