Lee Seungri, 1/5 of Bigbang, filled MOA arena with music, laughter and love last Saturday, January 19 for his “The Great Seungri Tour: The Seungri Show” in Manila.
We know a lot of his fans are weeping because they missed the chance to see him live. Worry not, because we are giving you some of the highlights of the Seungri show:
The Great “Tagumpay” Tour
The bigbang maknae could be extra, on a whole different level. Since Seungri, when translated to english means victory, he asked what is “victory” in tagalog, thus the birth of his soon filipino song, “Tagumpay, pay pay pay pay”.

Dahil Sayo, Lee Seungri/PanDara Version
The great Seungri always go the extra mile when on tour, thus, even with just 2 days to prepare, he nailed this cover bringing a kpop twist to an opm favorite.
We just love this #PanDara duet. Filipino album? Yes please.

Waiting on the Flower Road
Of course, although afar, Seungri brought his hyungs with him as he sang Bigbang hits and medleys. VIPs poured their heart and soul singing and jumping to My Heaven, Hands Up, Good Boy and Crooked. Tears flow as he sang “Flower Road”, coupled with Bigbang’s throwback videos shown on the big screen. Being the “waiting period” anthem, VIPs got emotional and some bawl their eyes out. Whilst making fun of his hyungs, he also assured that all of them are fine and doing great. We will wait for you on the flower road, BIGBANG!
I’m a mess during flower road. Well everyone was 😂 My chest hurt physically. Can’t wait to see five of them perform it live. #SEUNGRIinMANILA #TheGreatSeungriInManila pic.twitter.com/nqHD4IfkVM

2nebang lovin’ and OT5 on Showtime?
Aside from the ever beautiful Ms. Sandara Park who performed 2NE1 hits such as Crush, I am the Best, and Go Away, Ryan Bang and Anne Curtis also graced the show. He committed a guesting on It’s Showtime (a Filipino noontime variety show) when Bigbang is completed, and will play “tong-tong-tong papatong-patong”. Ryan Bang also invited the panda to do the “gong”, but he humorously responded, “That’s your job”.
Multi-Talented, Well Rounded, World-Class Performer
I guess it’s a no brainer that Seungri delivered a great concert that is one for the books. His honeylaced voice is made to shine and tailor fit for Bigbang. It’s a solo concert but he filled the arena with his great stage presence and all-in performance. VIPs screaming “I love you” from time and time, and his comedy punchlines made the whole concert the most interactive out of the three bigbang solo concerts in Manila (Sorry GDYB, we gotta love our maknae!) Throughout the concert, he made sure that VIPs will not just sing along with him, but will dance as well – that’s why while singing “GG be”, he taught VIPs to move their shoulders while singing. His title track “1,2,3!” was performed as “Isa,Dalawa,Taltlo!” how gwiyeo is that?!
Lastly, we are so “kilig” whenever he says “PILIPINAS” – very sweet and sincere.
We would definitely be waiting for that Philippine album, but mostly, we will wait for you on the flower road as you fulfill your duty to your beloved country. Mahal ka namin, Lee Seungri! Let’s shine our lights until Bigbang comes back. Maraming salamat!
