Kim Dong-wook, Go Sung-hee And Hwang Bo-ra To Star In A Romantic-Comedy Film

On January 9, the press conference of the upcoming film “Accidental Marriage” (Formerly known as Trade Love) was held in Gangnam, Seoul. The leading actors Kim Dong-wook, Go Sung-hee and Hwang Bo-ra, film directors Park Ho-chan and Park Soo-jin were present.

The story is about the relationship between an ordinary woman and an heir to a rich family who plans to get married for freedom.

Kim Dong-wook said he decided to accept the role without hesitation. “I decided to accept it after receiving and reviewing the script” he said. “I was delighted to receive an interesting script more than anything else.” he added, drawing expectations from the prospective audience.

Kim is known for his past roles in korean dramas such as Coffee Prince, Radiant Office and The Guest. He also starred in several blockbuster movies like The Concubine, Along With The Gods: Two Worlds and it’s sequel Along With The Gods: The Last 49 Days.

Hwang Bora confessed that she was deeply sympathetic to the content of the film which is about marriage. “Dong-wook and I are too old.” she said. Kim Dong-wook immediately denied it with humor and Hwang Bo-ra said “Oh I’m sorry.” which made everyone laughed.

Hwang previously starred in Cunning Single Lady, The Miracle That We Met and What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim. We will also see Hwang in the upcoming drama Vagabond.

Go Sung-hee said “I think I’ve actually gotten closer with him (Kim Dong-wook) as we filmed the scenes where the characters are getting closer.”

Go Sung-hee is known for her roles in The Night Watchman’s Journal, While You Were Sleeping and Miss Ma: Nemesis.

Accidental Marriage opens on February 13, 2019.
