ICYMI: Alpha Drive One Debuts With Million-Selling EP “Euphoria”

Alpha Drive One, the boy group formed through the South Korean reality survival show Boys II Planet, officially made its debut on January 12 with the release of its first extended play (EP), ‘Euphoria.’ Alongside the EP, the group dropped a music video for its lead single, “Freak Alarm,” signaling a high-energy introduction to ALD1’s sound and concept.

The debut has already made history. According to South Korea’s real-time sales chart Hanteo, Euphoria sold 1,130,405 copies worldwide on release day, Monday, January 12, 2026. As of Day 2 of sales, the EP has moved more than 80,000 additional copies, further cementing the group’s explosive start.

With these numbers, ALPHA DRIVE ONE becomes only the second K-pop group ever to surpass one million sales with a debut album, following in the footsteps of their senior group and WAKEONE Entertainment labelmates ZEROBASEONE.
