Manila was treated to an unforgettable night as HIGHLIGHT, one of K-pop’s most beloved groups, brought their “Ride or Die” tour to the Philippines. The energy, the passion, the raw emotion—it was a night that fans would remember for the rest of their lives. The stage was set, and from the moment the opening songs played, it was clear that this was going to be something special.
The concert kicked off with a bang as HIGHLIGHT took the stage with their powerful songs: ‘Chains,‘ ‘Stay,’ ‘Hands Up,’ and many more. These tracks were not only an incredible way to begin the night but also set the tone for the entire concert—an evening of pure celebration and connection. Fans couldn’t contain their excitement as the familiar beats rang through the venue.
Throughout the concert, the members of HIGHLIGHT continuously showered their fans with love. At every chance they got, they couldn’t help but say, “Ang ganda niyo” (You’re beautiful). The light and beauty of the venue, the shining faces of the fans, all added to the warmth and magic of the night. It was clear that HIGHLIGHT saw more than just fans—they saw the light and beauty in every person who had gathered to support them. And the fans, in return, poured all their love back onto the group, creating an atmosphere that could only be described as electric.
One of the most touching moments came during the performance of ‘On Rainy Days.’ The crowd erupted into cheers when the familiar opening chords rang out, but what happened next was something no one expected.
