Hyeri graces Manila stage for her first-ever “Welcome to Hyeri’s Studio” fan meeting!

In 15 years of her career, Hyeri finally made a way to meet her Filipino fans for a fan meeting!

Hyeri finally fulfilled the dream of her Filipino fans to meet her and create wonderful memories with her at her first-ever “Welcome to Hyeri’s Studio” fan meeting last July 26, held at the New Frontier Theater. They didn’t let the rainy weather stop them from meeting their beloved star at this memorable event.

Loud cheers reverberate the whole venue as Hyeri kicked off the show dancing to aespa’s Whiplash, showing off her amazing dancing skills. “Hello Manila! This is Hyeri, Nice to meet you,” she greeted the crowd. Her presence illuminated the whole venue, filling it with her positive energy.

Hyeri was so amazed at how the Filipino fans passionately welcomed her. She said it’s her first time holding a fan meeting in Manila, and she really wanted to come here. She shared that when she was backstage and on standby, she heard the loud cheers of the fans, and it made her feel excited.

We saw Hyeri’s bubbly personality in playing various games. We also saw her dancing to one of Girls’ Day’s hit songs, Something. Hyeri never ceases to amaze us with her dancing skills, and once again showed her charm in dancing to Janet Jackson’s If. She is such a total performer!

Aside from being a performer, we all know that she is also a versatile actress who has captured the hearts of many with her seamless acting. In the Cinema Village segment, we got to reminisce about some of our favorite roles, including Deok Sun in Reply 1988, Pilsun in Victory, and Jae Yi in her recent drama, Friendly Rivalry, in which the fans expressed their desire to have a season 2 of it.

The fan meeting is not complete without Hyeri saying some of the Tagalog phrases such as Kumusta, Mahal Kita, Sana all, and walang uuwi.

Hyeri mentioned, “To be honest, I’m the happiest person here. Because I received so much from you. I feel like I’m the one who receives the most love in this world. I think it’s better than the prettiest person in the world.” Fans teased her and shouted in chorus, “Iiyak na yan.” She imitated and said, “Iiyak na yan.” She added, “What if I don’t cry, guys? I became so courageous,” she is so adorable!

One of the highlights of the fan meeting was when Hyeri did her Final Parade, where she went down to see everyone, waving hi to all of us. She’s so beautiful up close. She said she felt the energy of the fans when she went down from the stage.

Filipino fans expressed their love for Hyeri and prepared a hand banner where the phrase, “Mahal Ka Namin (We love You)” was written on it. They also prepared a video message for her that made Hyeri cry because she was so touched by it. Her precious reaction while watching it was so heartwarming to everyone.

“Iiyak na yan,” everyone shouted again. Hyeri said whenever she feels like crying, she will think about her Manila fans teasing her. “Sometimes I think, am I worthy to receive this kind of love? Because I really can feel your love and heart, I’m always worried, am I able to return this kind of love to you guys? So, I really wanted to say I love you guys.” She hopes that the fans will be able to feel what she feels towards them through everything that she does. She is the sweetest!

“I haven’t really worked here in the Philippines, so when I have this fan meeting, I was wondering if anyone will be here? Does anyone love me? That’s why I’m really sorry, you were able to remind me that my worries were useless after all so thank you so much. I will remember your facial expressions, your gazes, I will remember it deep inside my heart. Thank you for making me the person most loved today. I’ll always wish that you guys stay healthy and happy. Let’s see each other again. At that time, everyone will come back here to enjoy. Okay?”

Hyeri loves the energy of Filipino fans and mentioned that this is the best reaction ever! “I love you all so much. Mahal kita,” her parting words.

Everyone got the opportunity to see her again up close in a hi-bye session, saying hi and goodbye for the last time. Thank you, Hyeri, for making us all happy during your fan meeting here. We love you so much, and you deserve all the love in this world.
