ATEEZ revels in summer with “GOLDEN HOUR : Part.3” ahead of “IN YOUR FANTASY” World Tour
ATEEZ is back with their 12th EP, “GOLDEN HOUR : Part.3,” ahead of their upcoming “IN YOUR FANTASY” world tour! Earlier this year, the group earned the title of iHeartRadio’s K-pop Artist of the Year and has also been nominated for the first time for the American Music Awards, consistently aiming for success with their latest album.
This EP presents ATEEZ’s sweet and dangerous charm, showing the beauty of moments that shine brightly the way they are. It expresses the exciting energy of a summer night, providing a short-lived burst of freedom and escape that quenches a deep thirst.
Representing how youth faces raw emotion, “GOLDEN HOUR : Part.3” offers listeners a journey of temptation and rebellion to reveal the true nature of feelings. Due to the fast-paced way of life, emotions tend to be suppressed, resulting to a strong desire. This album conveys ATEEZ’s journey in the path less followed as they bring back their connection to themselves and others.
The title track “Lemon Drop,” is a seasonal song perfectly made for summer. Like a Lemon Drop cocktail that’s refreshing, ATEEZ expresses a sweet and cool confession, bringing excitement to the hot summer days.
Overall, the EP contains five tracks, including “Masterpiece,” “Now this house ain’t a home,” “Castle,” and “Bridge : The End of Reality.” Members HONGJOONG and MINGI participated in writing the lyrics for 4 songs in the album.
This comeback followed the announcement of ATEEZ’s “IN YOUR FANTASY” world tour, starting with Incheon on July 5 and making stops across the U.S., Mexico, and Japan. The group will be touring 11 cities in the U.S., as well as Mexico City, at the end of August before heading to Japan.
