Heart-touching melodrama, “Our Movie” starring Namkoong Min and Jeon Yeo Been is coming to Disney+ this June!
A story about love, friendship, and healing is coming to Disney+!
Our Movie is a 12-episode series that tells the story of a film director named Lee Je Ha. He is the son of a famous filmmaker who struggles to avoid the sophomore slump following the huge success of his debut movie. When he’s finally ready to commit to making his next movie, he casts actress Lee Da Eum, a terminally ill aspiring actress. As they struggle to complete the film, the two form an unexpected bond, growing closer and working through past traumas together.
Starring award-winning actor Namkoong Min as Lee Je Ha, an up-and-coming director. Namkoong Min is known for his impeccable acting prowess and is remarkable for his various roles in dramas such as Good Manager, Hot Stove League, One Dollar Lawyer, and My Dearest, to name a few.
Vincenzo star Jeon Yeo Been transforms into an aspiring actress named Lee Da Eum. Yeo Bin is also known for her exceptional performance in the films Cobweb, Harbin, and Dark Nuns.
Our Movie is penned by Han Ga Eun and Kang Kyung Min and is helmed by Lee Jung Hum, who previously worked in the series Inspector Koo and Nobody Knows.
