“NO WAY OUT: The Roulette” to debut on Disney+ this July 31!

Another Korean drama is set to debut on Disney+ this July!

NO WAY OUT: The Roulette is a fictional action thriller series that depicts the story of a police officer who is ordered to protect a criminal named Kim Guk Ho, who served 13 years in prison for committing a series of heinous crimes and is released on parole.

Outraged by his release, one mysterious citizen offers a ₩20 billion ($14 million) bounty to anyone who can track down and kill the notorious criminal. Kim Guk Ho will have to put his trust in the police officer for his survival as a growing number of desperate citizens try to chase after him.

Signal star, Jo Jin Woong transforms into a police officer named Baek Joong Sik who must protect the notorious criminal at all costs.

Yoo Chae Myung who recently appeared in Disney+’s series, Uncle Samsik, portrays the role of Kim Guk Ho, a notorious criminal who is being targeted by citizens who desperately want to take the 20 billion won reward.

Moreover, more star-studded cast members are also included in this series- Kim Moo Yul as Lawyer Lee Sang Bong, Yum Jung Ah as Mayor Ahn Myung Ja, Sung Yu Been as a brilliant violinist Kim Dong Ha, Hsu Kwang Han as a professional assassin Mr. Smile, Lee Kwang Soo as a butcher named Yoon Chang Jae, and Kim Sung Cheol as Song Joon Woo, a young pastor in this drama.

NO WAY OUT: The Roulette is produced by Studio X+U, written by Lee Su Jin who previously worked on The Devil’s Deal, and will be helmed by Choi Kook Hee the man behind the film, Default, and Lee Hu Bin.
