Lee Howon and Park Ye Young confirmed to star in new movie “The Picture I Drew Today”
On June 13, Lee Howon and Park Ye Young were confirmed to be cast in the new movie The Picture I Drew Today” with the reveal of their script reading.

The movie “The Picture I Painted Today” was selected as a production support work in the 2023 Korean Film Council Independent Art Film Feature Category.
It is a coming-of-age story about Ah-jeong (played by Park Ye Young), who dreams of being a famous artist but ends up working at a cultural center, as she meets Hyun-jun (played by Lee Howon), a complete opposite of herself.

This will be the debut feature film of new director Lee Jin Young, who received recognition for being in domestic and international film festivals. The production is scheduled to start filming in June.
Lee Howon is an idol-actor known for his roles in various dramas such as “Reply 1997,” “Radiant Office,” “Devilish Joy,” and “Hip Hop King: Nassna Street,” as well as movies like “Hiya,” “Urban Myths 2: Tooth Worms,” and “A Birth”.

Park Ye Young is a skilled actress who had memorable roles across dramas such as “Anna,” “Summer Strike,” “Captivating the King,” and the short film “Capsule Coffee”.

Meanwhile, veteran actors with impactful acting skills like Kim Geum Soon, Kim Si Eun, Jeon Young, Jeong Ae Hwa, and Choi Sol Hee will also join the cast for “The Picture I Drew Today”.
