XG to hold their 1st WORLD TOUR “The first HOWL”; here are details for their Manila stop!

Ovation Productions, along with AEG Presents Asia, has just announced that global girl group XG will be coming to the Philippines for their 1^st WORLD TOUR “The first HOWL”. Mark your calendars for August 2, 2024, because XG will be gracing the stage of Smart Araneta Coliseum with their highly anticipated performances!

About XG

XG is a 7-member HIPHOP/R&B-inspired girl group under the global entertainment production company “XGALX,” consisting of JURIN, CHISA, HINATA, HARVEY, JURIA, MAYA, and COCONA. They debuted in March 2022 with their 1st Single “Tippy Toes”.

The name “XG” stands for “Xtraordinary Girls,” as they want to empower people from different backgrounds across the globe with their unconventional musical style and performances. 

XG released their 1st Mini Album “NEW DNA” with the title track “Puppet Show” in September 2023. It claimed the top spot on the Billboard JAPAN “Hot Albums” chart.

Later that year, XG held their first solo concert, “XG ‘NEW DNA’ SHOWCASE in JAPAN,” further solidifying their presence as a group.

XG made history by topping the U.S. Billboard chart “Hot Trending Songs Powered by Twitter” as the 1st Japanese artists. They were also the 1st Japanese girl group to be on the cover of the U.S. magazine “Billboard”.
