It is presented by the Korean Cultural Center in the Philippines (KCC) and the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA).

“Threads of Tradition” aims to illuminate the beauty and historical significance of traditional clothing from both nations. It seeks to educate and raise awareness about the importance of preserving and appreciating traditional attire, serving as a vital link to our cultural heritage.
Invited speakers will discuss the history and significance of Hanbok and Filipiniana, along with how it shapes a nation’s culture.
Following this, there will be an interactive session that will allow participants to experience wearing traditional clothing from either country!
