Concretee Utopia based on a part of a webtoon “Joyful Outcast” (Pleasant Neighbors) a supernatural phenomenon film about the aftermath of an earthquake.
A story about survival, will your survive humanely or will you be inhumane just to survive? This film stars the South Korea’s super star Lee Byung Hun, Park Seo Joon and Park Bo young and was already selected by Korean Film Council (KOFIC) to represent South Korea in the selection for Best International Feature Film at the 2024 Academy Awards.
