Netflix revealed its official teaser for Kingdom: Ashin of the North on July 8 starring South Korea hallyu star Gianna Jun also known as Jun Ji Hyun.

In the video, a group of dead bodies from Ashin tribe is seen living her the only person left in the family.
While searching for the cure to make her family came back to life, the young Ashin is seen entering the dark cave that made her discover the existence of the resurrection plant.
Ashin promised to avenge the death of her tribe that she swear to never leave anything alive in Joseon showing off a great transformation from a fragile and young character to an adult and fiercer Ashin, played by Jun Ji Hyun.
Other characters such as Park Byung Eun will still reprise their characters while young actress Kim Si-a will portray as the young Ashin.
Packed with exciting terrifying and action scenes, Kingdom: Ashin of the North is set to be release this coming July 23, 2021 only in Netflix.
