Lee Kwang Soo might be appearing in our TV screens soon!
In a news report from YTN, Actor Lee Kwang Soo has been offered to lead the upcoming drama, Hero (literal title). The news is quickly confirmed by an agent from Kwang Soo’s agency, King Kong by Starship in a statement:
“Lee Kwang Soo is offered the lead role in the drama, Hero and is considering it positively.”
Kwang Soo has been offered the role of Oh Gyung Tae, a prosecutor who got terminated from his performance. Gyung Tae is described as someone who cannot ignore the people in need especially if justice is involved.
Hero is a fantasy-action melodrama that takes place in time period where people find it hard to distinguish who are the good and evil. The story starts wherein a prosecutor gets fired for being to nosy and receives special abilities. It is written by Park Hee Gang and will be under the direction of Choi Do Hoon.
Should Kwang Soo accept this role, this will be his latest television series after the 2018 drama, Live. He is currently working on Pirates: Goblin Flag, Busted! 3, and a fix member of SBS’s Running Man.
