ICYMI: Seohyun, Go Kyung Pyo, and other cast members show great chemistry at the script reading of “Private Life”

JTBC’s “Private Life” unveiled on July 24, the first script reading photos of the casts.

JTBC’s upcoming Wednesday-Thursday series “Private Life” is a compelling fraudulent drama, in which swindlers will use their skills to uncover the nation’s huge “Private Life.”

The drama stars Girls’ Generation’s Seohyun who already established herself as an actress, alongside Go Kyung Pyo who recently returned from the military.

In addition, the drama also stars Kim Young Min, who recently starred in “The World of the Married,” and “Crash Landing On You,” and Kim Hyo Jin who returns to small screen after eight years.

Director Nam Gun and scriptwriter Yoo Sung Yeol, as well as the major cast members including Go Kyung Pyo, Seohyun, Kim Hyo Jin, Kim Young Min, Park Sung Geun, Song Sun Mi, Tae Won Seok, Yoo Hee Je, Jang Jin Hee, Yoon Sa Bong, Kim Min Sang, Kim Ba Da, Jang Won Hyuk, Cha Soo Yeon, Lee Hak Ju, Kim Seo Won, Lee Ju Yeon, Yoon Jung Yeon, Han Kyu Hoon, Han Kyu Won, and Kwak Min Ho attended the script reading session last April at JTBC’s office in Sangamdong, Seoul.

Go Kyung Pyo will portray the role of a smart and neat team leader at a company as Lee Jung Hwan. He will play a crucial role in developing the curiosity of the people around with his portrayal of an ordinary looking office worker but seems to have a lot of secrets.

Furthermore, Seohyun will take the role of a brazen con artist named Cha Joo Eun. Since her character is a master in disguise, Seohyun analyzed the speech and gestures of other characters in advance and expressed it as if she were playing multiple roles.

“I felt the characters’ charm was in full bloom when I saw the actors’ vivid and live performance. I have confidence that I will be able to present a life drama that will remain in the heart of the viewers,” shared by the production team.

Meanwhile, “Private Life” is dropping this September under JTBC after “Was It Love?”
