Another milestone for Bong Joon Ho’s film!
Parasite received its first Oscar award for winning the Best Screenplay among its Hollywood film competitors.
This will be the first non-English movie winning the said award since 2002 when the Spanish, Talk With Her won the said award.
Bong Joon Ho’s Parasite will be the first Korean movie to have won the prestigious academy award prize.

Parasite is currently nominated in other four categories: Best Picture, Best Director, Best Editing and Best Production Design.
The movie starred Choi Woo Shik, Park So Dam, Kang Ho Song and Cho Yeo Jeong.
