EXO’s D.O confirmed to enlist in the military in July

Do Kyungsoo aka D.O, member of SM Entertainment’s boy group EXO was confirmed to enlist as an active duty soldier in July.

On May 30, it was revealed by K-Pop officials that the singer will join the military on July 1. Kyungsoo can delay his enlistment as he was born in 1993. Supposedly, he will be required to join the military in 2021. Meanwhile, EXO’s military enlistment began with Xiumin, and D.O himself expressed his willingness to fulfill his mandatory military obligations as soon as possible. 

According to reports, D.O voluntarily applied for the military. The 26 year old singer-actor confirmed that he will enlist on July 1st.

D.O debuted in 2012 as EXO’s main vocal and received numerous hits including “MAMA,” “GROWL,” “CALL ME BABY,” “LOVE ME RIGHT,” “Ko Ko Bop,” and “Love Shot”. He started his acting career with SBS’ “It’s OK, That’s Love” in 2014.
