Newbie actor Jung Yoo-ahn is officially leaving the cast of tvN’s That Psychometry Guy due to his current sexual harrasment scandal. It is said that he is reported to the police by a woman he encountered while drinking with his friends. The woman claimed that the actor was drunk and started on harrasing her.
On January 10, a source from the said upcoming drama told the media outlets that it is confirmed that Jung is officially leaving the cast. And a different actor will be replacing him. It hasn’t been decided yet. However, Jung’s agency already made their statement regarding this incident and assured that Jung cooperated with the police investigations and took responsibility for his actions.
Born in 1999, Jung made his debut with a commercial in 2015 and began his acting career two years later. He appeared in the 2017 MBC drama Come and Hug Me and YouTube Red’s Web Series Top Management in 2018.
That Psychometry Guy stars Got7’s Park Jin-young and Shin Ye-eun. It is scheduled to air earlier this year.
