If you’ve ever fallen into a K-drama rabbit hole at 2 a.m., tears streaming, heart aching, snacks long gone then you know exactly how powerful a K-drama OST can be. As a self-confessed K-drama addict, I’ve cried, smiled, and completely fallen apart because of these songs. But of course, there are plenty more OSTs that have completely wrecked (and healed) me along the way. Here are some of the most unforgettable ones that hit you right in the feels.

Crush – “Love You With All My Heart” (Queen of Tears)

The song perfectly captures the bittersweet love story between Baek Hyun-woo and Hong Hae-in. Tender, painful, and deeply human. It’s the kind of track that lingers long after you hit pause.

Taeyeon – “All About You” (Hotel del Luna)

This song feels like a whisper from another lifetime, so nostalgic and hauntingly beautiful. Every note feels like a soft sigh from Jang Man-wol herself.

Gummy – “You Are My Everything” (Descendants of the Sun)

This one’s an instant classic. It’s impossible not to feel something when this song plays; it’s pure love, courage, and devotion in musical form.

Chanyeol ft. Punch – “Stay With Me” (Goblin)

Tell me you didn’t cry during Goblin. This song really hits right in the heart, especially during those slow-motion scenes.

Crush – “Beautiful” (Goblin)

Yes, another Goblin OST — because that soundtrack was legendary. This song is soft, sincere, and just… soulful. It’s the sound of love that feels fated but fleeting.

Gaho – “Start Over” (Itaewon Class)

This song isn’t a tearjerker because it’s an anthem. The soaring vocals turn pain into power, echoing Park Sae-ro-yi’s resilience and determination. It’s the kind of song that lifts you up when life knocks you down.

Henry – “It’s You” (While You Were Sleeping)

Okay, here it is, my ultimate favorite. This song feels like a confession whispered under the stars. It’s so simple, but the emotion in Henry’s voice makes every lyric feel real. Every time I listen, I remember Jung Jae-chan and Nam Hong-joo’s story — how love can be quiet yet all-consuming.

Baek Yerin – “Here I Am Again” (Crash Landing on You)

This one makes me cry even without context. The song’s soft tone carries so much longing, it’s like a love letter sent across miles and borders.

Punch and Loco – “Say Yes” (Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo)

A song that’s pure heartbreak. This song is the sound of love that’s beautiful but doomed. Even after all these years, I can’t listen to it without tearing up.

Cho Jung-seok – “Aloha” (Hospital Playlist)

The ultimate comfort song. Whenever I’m feeling low, this track reminds me that love and friendship are the best medicine.

K-drama OSTs are emotional landmines because one note and suddenly you’re crying over fictional characters again. But honestly? I wouldn’t have it any other way.

So yes, my playlist is 90% K-Drama OSTs and 10% pain, and I’m perfectly fine with that.
