The highly paid actor with top-tier acting will soon be back on small screen after his successful Netflix series comeback!
Kim Soohyun has officially been confirmed on January 5 as the lead actor in the upcoming legal and thriller tvN drama titled That Night, as shared by Gold Medalist Entertainment.
It is the remake of the known television series of BBC titled Criminal Justice, and will follow the story of two men through the criminal justice system, in line with South Korean sentiment.
Kim Soohyun will play the role of Kim Hyunsoo, who is a college student accused as a suspect of a woman’s murder after an overnight slip he has done.
It will showcase the life of a normal college student suddenly facing hell and big changes because of a murder case.
He returned with his own successful Netflix drama with It’s Okay to Not Be Okay, which was highly praised and loved by many; topping the charts of Netflix around the world.
That Night will be directed by Lee Myungwoo and will be written by Kwon Soongyu.
It is set to start filming in the first half of the current year and will officially air in the second half of 2021.
