SM Entertainment confirms EXO’s Doh Kyungsoo is now on final leave

SM Entertainment confirmed on December 28 that EXO’s Doh Kyungsoo took his final leave in the military.

According to the report of Newsen on the same day, the agency mentioned that the idol is now on his last leave and will officially be discharged on January 25.

In line with that, D.O. is expected to not return to the troops base but he will remain his status until original release date next month.

As said, this is The Ministry of National Defense’s new policy during the pandemic which aims to prevent the spread of the virus inside the army.

Moreover, it was also said that SM Entertainment will not hold a special event on the idol’s official discharge date due to the pandemic.

Kyungsoo will be the second member of the multi-talented and worldwide popular group EXO to be discharged, following Kim Minseok.

He entered the military back on July 1, 2019 that is the same day of the release of his healing and comforting song, That’s Okay.

The other members who are currently fulfilling their duties are Kim Junmyeon and Kim Jongdae.

Aside from that, Kyungsoo is also confirmed to lead in a science fiction movie titled The Moon, other than the upcoming installment of Along With The Gods.
