Ji Chang Wook reportedly in talks to star in Netflix’s original drama “Annarasumanara”

It seems that Ji Chang Wook is on a roll this 2020!

He gave us the buzzworthy drama Backstreet Rookie last summer and is about to make us fall in love with him again this December with Lovestruck in the City. As the year is about to end, it was reported that he is currently in talks to star in “Annarasumanara”, a popular webtoon by Ha Il Kwon that was released by Naver Webtoon in 2010.

The title “Annarasumanara” is the equivalent of the phrase “Abracadabra” in Korean. Naver’s brief description of the story says that it is “a growth drama about a girl who met an immature magician“. Ji Chang Wook is said to have received the offer to play the role of The Magician and is currently reviewing the project.

Slated for a Netflix release, the drama is also reportedly to be directed by PD Kim Sung Yoon, the creative force behind Itaewon Class, Love In the Moonlight and Big.
