Kang Daniel’s “Cyan” tops iTunes charts of different countries

After the success of Kang Daniel’s EP Color On Me, he recently returned with Cyan which topped the iTunes charts of different countries.

It was released by Konnect Entertainment last March 24 and distributed by Sony Music Korea.

It is part of his three-part project Color, which said to reveal a more confident musical direction.

In which Forbes said that “has an understated sense of pop sophistication to it.”

Additionally, it also feature Kang Daniel’s journey finding his own true colors before the fans’ eyes, to share the story of his dreams, passion and struggle as an artist navigating the global music scene.

The K-pop idol’s new EP ranked first on iTunes Top Albums charts in nine countries such as Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Turkey, Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan, Singapore, and the Philippines.

The mini-album also rises in Russia and Japan as it reached the top 10.

It has a lead single called 2U with simple yet infectious choreography, produced by a Korean-American singer-songwriter and producer Chancellor.

Other songs are Adulthood, revolving around the adult’s wishes to stay young and free; while Jealous tells the feelings of people waiting for warmth to come during cold winter.

Then, Interview features chill R&B beats; and the final track TOUCHIN offers the blends of variety of music genres.

Kang Daniel’s latest EP, Cyan is now out on various streaming and digital platforms worldwide.

He already visited Manila last October 19, 2019 as part of his Asia fan meeting tour.
