On February 28, YG Entertainment confirmed; “Seungri will not only cancel his concerts but will halt his schedules as well, to focus on cooperating with all police investigations.”
According to a source, the agency of Seungri also released the following statement:
Hello, this is YG Entertainment.
Seungri has unfortunately cancelled his upcoming concerts on March 9-10 in Osaka and on March 17 in Jakarta. We are asking for the understanding of those who have been waiting for the concert.
Seungri voluntarily appeared at the police station around 9 PM last night. He also participated in the series of police investigations regarding the suspicions for over an eight-and-a-half hours period.
Seungri earnestly requested the police to have a strict investigation on suspicions regarding the prostitution.
Seungri will not only cancel his concerts but will halt his schedules as well, to focus on cooperating with all police investigations.
