First of all, I’m a 4 years fan of Kdrama. I’m very thankful to my bestfriend for introducing me to kdrama, even if others think that it’s corny or what. I’m not regretting, instead I’m proud of it. I’m proud that I’m not like others who addicted to or do bad things like drugs, smoke, drinking or what, instead I’m addicted to Kdrama especially to OPPA’SSSSS 😍. I’m proud that even if I watched kdrama everyday, I’m still doing good in school/activities. Kdrama makes me happy, kilig, sad, angry, lots of emotions also it’s not only a drama but It has a lesson for the viewers to learn about life.

I think I deserve to win this giveaway kasi I’ve never bought myself anything, kasi mas nagfocus ako sa gastusin ko sa school, and looking at everyone na may merch ng idols nila, nakakainggit, kasi deep inside, I want that, but I have priorities. Kahit sabihin ko na minsan kahit dapat nag-aaral ako, nanonood ako ng kdrama (pangbreak sa araw-araw na stress), I know na itong pagfafangirl, it’s just a part of my life. I never wanted anything for myself and when I do, I can’t afford it. I’m too busy to look for merch of my oppas (and I’m crying because these boys included in your giveaway are my oppas 😭), so I’m always waiting for giveaways. I’ve never been lucky into any of the giveaway I entered, but I’m hoping na this would finally be my chance.
I also want to say that I’m really happy that you finally fulfilled any kdrama fan, to be in the Land of Oppas and Kdramas! I’ve made an itinerary and searched for places to stay, pero since we’re having a financial problem, I guess I have to wait for a long time. Mahina kasi signal ng GMA dito noon kaya solid Kapamilya si Oka. I just love how I cannot predict the ending of the drama and how the story differs from one another. Matagal na talaga akong kinain ng sistema.I admit it. And from there, I conclude, I am a solid K-Drama fan.

I can’t afford buying those things po. I’ve been a fan of k-drama since elementary because of abs cbn (tagalog version) but I became a huge fan when I’m in my seventh grade and also I was influenced by exo that time, that’s why… And poof! I also became a k-popper and never I regretted that moment that I have witnessed the beauty of k-pop because it turned out that it became my life (not literally tho). It became my stress reliever and my hobby to watch it po. You can ask me what k-drama then probably 80%-85% I have watched it na. Not bragging tho. I’ve been an avid kdrama fan since I was 7yrs old. Yes, 7yrs old haha (I can’t remember exactly kung 7 nga ba pero mga nasa ganong edad).. Alam kong unang papasok sa isip nyo is wala pang muang sa mundo yung ganong edad and can’t appreciate something because of a young age but except for me. Jewel in the palace palang, Stairway to heaven, Coffee prince etc. who would know that a 7 year old kid would enjoy a drama from a different country? basta namamalayan ko nalang napapangiti ako habang nanunuod ako at kinalakihan ko na. Naaalala ko noon, There’s something about korean drama na wala sa iba, para bang magic. Yung magic na pwedeng maka-attract sa kahit anong edad dahil sa moral lessons nito. Mostly, kilala yung korean drama dahil sa “looks” ng main lead, isa ‘yon sa malaking factor pero kung titignan natin. Malalim yung depth eh, we’re embracing another culture fully both negative and positive sides. By embracing it, it shows how appreciative Filipinos are because of the booming and tremendous popularity of Korean drama not to mention the Hallyu wave right now. Bakit ako yung dapat manalo? to be frank, we all have different stories to tell about our beautiful journey of being a fan of Korean dramas. All I can say is that, marami akong natutunan. Hindi lang dahil sa kilig at pagiging stress reliever nito or a gateway from the reality. I’m proud to say that I learned a lot from it. I learned to love something that was strange for me at first, even the language barrier and how different their culture from us. I’m just another fangirl in the crowd but thank you for being an instrument to the other fangirls out there to appreciate Korean drama more with your witty and humorous updates. More followers or should I say co-fangirls to come. (hindi ako nanalo sa ganito haha, sawa na kong umasa but yes korean drama also taught me to be strong no matter how bad that situation is.)

SO HERE’S MY REASON WHY YOU SHOULD PICK ME:
This may seems cliché for you ate anj and i’m sure u’ve read a lot of comments here na ganito halos yung reason pero try ko parin. YOU SHOULD PICK ME KASI I DESERVE THE PRIZES!! (wow confident si ate gurl) WHY? Kasi po, it will be a reward for me if ever man na ako yung mapili mo. I’ve started to watch kdramas po when I was in Grade 10 (i’m in gr 11 now so di pa katagalan). At first, my parents thought that it would be a hindrance sa pag-aaral ko kasi when i fangirl, i fangirl really hard to the point na halos nakakalimutan ko na ang studies ko. But they were both wrong. Instead of mas bumaba ako, naging opposite sya. I’m always on the top 15 pero when i watched kdramas, napasok ako sa top 10. Akala ko, hindi kdrama ang dahilan, pero yun talaga. KDRAMAS INSPIRED ME TO STUDY HARDER AND THOUGHT ME HOW TO SET MY GOALS AND PRIORITIZE THE THINGS THAT REALLY MATTER. Months passed and the situation is still the same. I entered grade 11 and STEM po ang kinuha ko. Who would have thought na hindi lang pala sa top 10 ang kayang idulot sakin ng kdrama? Dinala ako ng pagkahilig ko sa kdrama hindi lang sa top 5, naging top 2 ako sa whole class. My mom told me na siguro without kdrama i would be still the same nowi na tamad mag-aral. Kaya whenever i watch kdramas now, hinahayaan nalang po nila ako kasi they know na kdrama helped me with so much things in life. Hindi lang sa school kundi maging sa bahay, kaibigan, pamilya at sarili ko. Kdrama also made me a very positive person! We know naman na yung mga bida sa kdramas, they all have problems na kinakaharap. And ganun din ako. Kdrama & kpop saved me from depression. Yun yung nagpapasaya sakin kapag nadedepress ako. Yun din ang nagbibigay sakin ng motivation to keep going. Kdrama changed me indeed. That’s why i think i deserve to win the prizes.

Other people keep on saying sa tuwing kinikilig at umiiyak ako dahil sa feels na nababaliw na daw ako eh mga palabas lang naman daw yan hahahhaha di nila alam kdrama ia someone and my escape from reality. Oo nga mga palabas lang ka pero tbh I learned a lot from them more than I learned from school.Kdrama is just not about all the handsome and beautiful actors its all about the lessons and emotions they engraved in our hearts after watching. I know na isa sa struggle ng isang fangirl talaga is paano magkaroon ng mga merchandise which is sobrang mahal talaga kaya nga po hindi talaga ako makabigay ng napakagandang reason kung bakit deserve kong manalo kasi sa tingin ko every fan deserves to win this. Hi Ate Anj!!! 1st of all Happy Happy 200k followers!! Deserve mo naman po yung 200k + followers mo eh. Diko po alam kung anong year noon pero Grade 4 ako napanood ko yung Princess Hours sa Jeepney TV and ewan ko isang episode pa lang kinilig na ako sa Kdrama pero nawala ulit kasi focus ako sa studies ko that time. Pero last year lang nanumbalik (nanumbalik? HAHAHA) My comeback kdrama is LOTBS and sobrang saya talaga manood ng kdrama nakakawala ng stress and kaya noong bakasyon di na ako nagsayang ng oras manood ng kdrama 😂 Yung feeling na wala ng kain at ligo dahil sobrang enjoy ka sa pinapanood mo 😂 yung isang araw isang buong kdrama na napapanood mo. Annyeonghasaeyo!!! Congratulations sa 200k followers niyo! Bakit niyo po ako dapat piliin? Matagal na po akong fan ng mga kdrama. 2012 po ‘yun nagstart (14 y/o). Yung panonood po ng kdrama yung reason kung paano na-enhance yung creativity ko. Mas nagamit ko rin po yung imagination ko kapag nagsusulat. Masyado po kasi akong serious sa studies. Kaya nung na-discover namin ng sister ko yung kdrama (kpop fan po siya nung una hehe), mas naging flexible ako sa student. Kapag nanonood po ako ng kdrama, parang temporary ko pong nakakalimutan yung mga problema ko. Dito ko na lang din po nararanasan yung kilig dahil sa mga oppa! Naaala ko po na secret garden yung unang kdrama na napanood namin at talagang tumawa, kinilig at umiyak kami ng kapatid ko! Ngayon po na college na ako, medyo nag-lie low ako gawa ng third year BSA student na po ako. Hi annyeong oppa. Pick me, Pick me, Pick me up~ Just trying my luck here, dami ko nang sinalihan na gantong type na pa-contest but di pa rin gumagana yung luck ko, but maybe this time mapili na ko hahaha. I’ve been a fan since elementary, grade 3 to be exact. I was only 8 yrs old then, I’m 20 now. I was captured by Jewel in the palace. Tbh, I’m not really a fan of that drama, but my seatmate, Ayessa (we share same bday actually) has a long dark hair. She always got this two braids, and she put them up together. I think she was copying the hair dresses of the historical persons in the drama. Then she was “Mariela panuorin mo yung jewel in the palace” then I watch it too, that was my first ever korean drama, since then I’ve been watching too many kdramas. Mga panahong umaasa pa tayo sa mga dvd na binebenta sa palengke, ang sabi nga saakin ng kaklase ko, “Tita of kdrama” na ko, kahit 20 palang ako. And when SongSong couple got married?? I was so emotional… kase alam mo yun? parang nasubaybayan mo yung pag grow up as an actors and as a person yung dalawa. They are my children.
